CHICKEN TOMATOE

Ingredients:

Chicken             1 kg
Tomatoes           5 nos
Whole jeera.      1 tsp
Powdered jeraa. 
(Roasted).          1tsp
Redchilli pwdr.  1 tsp
Haldi pwdr.        1tsp
Coriander pwdr. 1 tsp
Green chilli         
(Non spice).       2nos
Oil.                    2 Tbsp
Salt.                   As per taste
Garam malasa 
Powder.              1tsp
Green corainder
Leaves               For garnishing 

Method

Clean wash chicken cut into curry pcs.Heat oil in pan add whole jeera to hot oil once  jeera started sputtering add chicken to it fry chicken till it changes it colour saute it on high flame turn occasionally,once chicken changes it colour a dd tomatoes (cut into round slices, this will help tomatoes to turn soft faster)add red chilli powder,coriander powder,haldi powder,salt give a good mix  till oil get separated add half cup water(Remember Not to add lots of water as tomatoes and chicken will also realese water) gv a good mix,cover and  cover and cook for other 10 minutes ( flame should be low) chck after 10 min  now time to add green chillies cut into rounds,roasted jeera powdeer,garam masala powder give a good mix add 1cup of water add corainder leaves cover and cook till all ingredients mixes well(approx 5 min)  garnish with slitted green chillies and corainder leaves serve hot will chapttai and jeera rice
