Fried Ice-cream



Mexican fried ice-cream
Indigents:

vanilla ice-cream    4 scoops
oil                           for frying            

To Be Mixed Into Thick Batter

plain flour(Maida)   1 1/4 cups
Water                       1 1/4 cups


For Rolling
Coarsely Crushed Corn Flakes

SERVING: 4 Persons


METHOD:

  •         Chill the ice-cream scoops in the freezer. 
  •         Dip the ice-cream scoops in the batter and roll into 
  •         the cornflakes evenly.
  •         Chill  again in freezer for 15 minutes approximately
  •         Deep fry in hot oil for few seconds
  •         serve immediately with choice of Your sauce

HANNDY TIPS:

  • Use solid ice-cream to avoid it from melting while frying.
  • Once the oil is ho,only then remove it from freezer and fry.
  • Do not fry more then one ice-cream ballad a time.
