| Mexican fried ice-cream |
vanilla ice-cream 4 scoops
oil for frying
To Be Mixed Into Thick Batter
plain flour(Maida) 1 1/4 cups
Water 1 1/4 cups
For Rolling
Coarsely Crushed Corn Flakes
SERVING: 4 Persons
METHOD:
- Chill the ice-cream scoops in the freezer.
- Dip the ice-cream scoops in the batter and roll into
- the cornflakes evenly.
- Chill again in freezer for 15 minutes approximately
- Deep fry in hot oil for few seconds
- serve immediately with choice of Your sauce
HANNDY TIPS:
- Use solid ice-cream to avoid it from melting while frying.
- Once the oil is ho,only then remove it from freezer and fry.
- Do not fry more then one ice-cream ballad a time.
